Once feasibility is confirmed, we move into detailed preconstruction planning — defining scope, cost, and schedule with precision. We collaborate as needed with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure construction drawings are accurate and ready to build from, identifying any risks before ground breaks to maximize value and achieve the best possible outcomes for your project. Highly skilled trade and quality supplier subcontracts are clearly defined and selected before we move into production, so you know exactly where your investment is going and the project starts with the clear expectations of scope, cost and schedule already in place. Our collaborative approach to solid partnerships with a vast network of trusted subcontractors and suppliers for each individual project is creative, intentional, and diligent, resulting in cost savings, high product quality and sustainability, impeccable workmanship, and efficient management of time and resources.
This is where the real work begins. Our team oversees every phase on site- structural work through final finishes – with clear communication and regular updates between admin operations and subtrade/production teams. From quality control walkthroughs to full management of the municipal inspections process, scope oversight is handled with precision. Strategic analysis and forecasting run continuously to catch risks early and keep scope, budgets, and schedule on track.
During the production phase we keep our eye on the ball, continually assessing and reassessing our targets against on-site progress for optimal efficiency. All de Blois Built projects are backed by comprehensive warranties covering both materials and workmanship. We are Renomark certified and HCRA licensed. New home builds are enrolled through Tarion, providing you with the statutory warranty protection required under Ontario law.
During completion phases, we conduct thorough walkthroughs and checklists to address any outstanding concerns and confirm every detail meets our standards and yours.
